• Full or partial payment (as agreed in writing) is required before work begins.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, debit/credit card.
• Late payments may incur delays, suspension of work, or additional fees.

• All deliverables (designs, code, copy, databases, and marketing materials) remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Once paid in full, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use the materials for your business.
• You may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute our work without written permission.

• Web, Data, or Marketing Projects: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.
• Merchandise Orders: Refunds or exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items. Customised goods are non-refundable unless faulty.

• Our Services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue increases, engagement metrics, or search engine rankings.
• We are not responsible for downtime, third-party service interruptions, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReLink Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific Service in question.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public information shared during the course of a project, including client data, strategies, and intellectual property.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Service if:

• You breach these Terms,
• You fail to make agreed payments, or
• Continued collaboration is deemed unreasonable or unethical.

Upon termination, all unpaid balances become immediately due.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of West Yorkshire, United Kingdom.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
